It may come as a surprise, but Kax Digital is an individual-run agency. Which means that I will be responsible for the project. It is like your company hiring a full-time without having any particular obligation.
It mean that you are free to submit a reqest anytime as long as you are subscribed. But please be aware, we only accept one request at a time in order to maintain our high quality works and a good lead time delivery to our clients (the average is 2 days or 48 hours)
There are many options, from email, Trello, Google Docs, or even chat to our customer support. After the initial brief has been done, we will set it and put it into the list request document. At this point, there will be no change until the request is finished.
For app development and management, we only handle one specific element at a time for example header, form function, etc. If it is too big then we will set the estimation of total requests and lead time delivery.
For social media and digital marketing, the limitation would be a 1 minute edited video for all social media platforms (Instagram reels, Facebook story, TikTok, and YouTube shorts)
Keep in mind that the simpler the task is, the faster it will be done, and of course the more requests that you can have.
At the moment, we use WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and other popular CMS (please ask us first). And for digital marketing are Canva and Capcut.
